About Us

Bello, this is the monke.milo team and here's a bit about us. Our names are Andrew and Angie. Milo is my puppy dawg, he's a German Shepard Pitbull mix and looooves to sleep.

Angie:

HAI ^ - ^ I am the founding member of monke.milo. Few know this but monke.milo was not always about the matcha... it was actually a passion project instagram page dedicated to my knitware. I posted all kinds of monke.milo themed chothing for about a year and a half until it unfortunetly got taken down :( Thank you for that tacobell. Monke.milo was abandoned for a year, stopped knitting because it felt like it was taken from me in a way. However in September 2025 my buddy Andrew mentioned wanting to start a matcha business, ofc as a passing thought but everything is a serious topic to me! So I mocked up a proposal and in November 2025 we held our first market in the heart of SanMo. Vanilla Bean. To this day we are still in the negatives; regardless I charish all the memories I have with monke.milo and how far we've come. Lots to do but forever grateful for everyone who's ever purchased any item from us <3

Bello, my name is Andrew and I was one of the founders of the matcha side monke.milo. Starting a matcha pop up was never a dream of mine and I never thought owning a cafe or pop up of any sort was possible until monke.milo. As of right now my dream is to expand monke.milo to a cart or to a shop, but we still have a lot of work to do but everything created by our team was made with the mindset of making things that we ourselves would also enjoy. We believe in nothing but the best no matter the cost and our attitudes towards monke.milo best reflect that. I look forward to growing our pop in whatever ways possible and hope you'll be there in support of our journey.
